What to include
- The source family involved, such as FDA, PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov, NIH RePORTER, or NLM.
- The tool or workflow you were using.
- The approximate time of the issue and any visible request or error identifier.
- Links to public source records if the issue is about source accuracy.

Do not send patient records, PHI, credentials, API keys, or other sensitive personal information in support requests. If you believe you submitted sensitive information by mistake, contact [email protected].
